Privacy policy
This policy explains what information Easyyogaguide (easyyogaguide.com) collects when you visit, how it's used and what choices you have. We've tried to keep it readable.
Information we collect
Information you give us. If you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, the subject you choose and your message. If you sign up for our newsletter, we collect the details you enter in that form.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our server and the services below may record your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, the page that referred you and the time of your visit.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use them to understand how the site is used and to serve and measure advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, although some ads may be less relevant.
Google Analytics
We may use Google Analytics to see which pages are read and how visitors find us. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects data such as pages viewed and approximate location. Google's own privacy policy explains how it handles that data, and Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics.
Advertising and Revive Adserver
Ads on this site are delivered through Revive Adserver. The ad server may set cookies to limit how often you see the same ad, to measure impressions and clicks, and to prevent fraud. Advertisers whose ads appear here may also use their own cookies or tracking under their own privacy policies.
Newsletter form provider
Our newsletter signup form is provided by a third-party CRM service (Sphere CRM) and is embedded on our pages. Information you enter in that form is sent to and stored by that provider so we can email you. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
Headlines from other sites
Some pages show headlines and links from other yoga publishers' public feeds. We fetch those feeds on our own server. Clicking a headline takes you to that publisher's site, where their privacy policy applies.
Third-party links
Our articles link to other websites, including public health bodies and other publications. We aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.
How we use your information
We use your information to reply to messages, send newsletters you've asked for, understand what readers find useful, keep the site secure and show advertising that helps pay for it. We don't sell your contact details.
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages only as long as needed to deal with them and for reasonable record-keeping. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
If you're in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom (GDPR), you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict how we process it, and ask for a copy in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
If you're a California resident (CCPA/CPRA), you can ask what personal information we've collected about you, ask us to delete it, and opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. We won't treat you differently for using these rights.
Children
This site is written for adults and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
